    Principal Support Specialist - Palo Alto Networks

    As the Principal Support Specialist for Palo Alto's SASE offerings, you play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to end-user customers. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing complex issues for large customers and guiding TAC engineers to provide solutions.

    • Lead troubleshooting efforts for intricate technical problems
    • Act as a subject matter expert in Routing & Switching and Security
    • Provide technical leadership on complex system solutions
    • Review and publish technical documentation
    • Identify trends in technical support for improved training

    Your Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 5+ years of technical support experience
    • Expertise in Routing & Switching and Security
    • Strong understanding of cloud deployments, AWS, and GCP
    • Experience with next-generation firewalls
