Job Description:


  • Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:Support and Monitoring
  • Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in the financial decisions making from timetotime Key role in preparation of the Strategic & Annual business planning and risk management. Setup/ensure successful implementation of financial policies, internal controls and strong financial systems to guard interest of the shareholders. Monitor and Supervise finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof. Financial Accounting and Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit clearance thereof 1. Review of P&L and Balance Sheet. Resolution of issues with Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report etc. Accounts Receivable Management Ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls Dealing with Auditors and reply to their reports Reconciliation of debtors and realization of dues Accounts Payable Management
  • As per payment terms Ensure compliance of TDS Monitoring of Expenses as per AOP and variance analysis
  • Tax Compliance
  • Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment. Handle tax assessments, transfer pricing assessments etc. from time to time. Reply to Department's queries and filing of appeal and appearing for appeal matters and coordinate with advocatesEXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
  • Regular interaction with Internal as well as External Auditors, consultants for addressing their issues and reply to their reports. Regular interaction with Bankers in regard to loans repayment, interest issues, providing regular reports etc. Regular interaction with Tax Departments for various tax related issues, assessments, investigations, specific information and replying to their queries. Interaction with Insurance team and Insurance company for insurance and claims as and when it occurs.

INTERACTIONS- Regular Interaction with DIAL in regard to various issues raised by them from time to time Regular interaction with DIAL, DIAL-JV's-MIS on various issues related to expenditure, contracts etc.
