Creation of illustrations for Illustrated Parts Catalog.

Create exploded views for assemblies in any one of the tools like NX etc. Create technical illustrations for submodules of wind turbine. Create Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) for submodules of wind turbine. Analyze updates and implement updates in the submodules and IPC. Implement ECNs in the submodules and update IPC. Must be able to perform proper self-review and peer review. Must be able to assemble and publish IPC. Review IPC and incorporate changes. Co-ordinate flawlessly with cross cultural teams.

Experience: 3-9 years

Tool experience:
Isodraw, Adobe Illustrator, Visualization mockup or Siemens NX, Teamcenter, SAP

Skills:

Illustrated Parts Catalog creation/revision.
Technical Illustrations using NX, Creo Illustrate, IsoDraw, etc.
Engineering Change Notice, Bill of Material, Engineering Drawing review and analysis.
Good to have wind turbine product knowledge.
Involve as "Peer reviewer", to perform thorough and detail review on the quality of IPC created by other colleagues

Excellent verbal and writing English skills.
Work closely with crosscultural teams in different countries/locations
Handle larger assemblies to create IPC

Desired Qualification & Experience

A graduate in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering
58 years of experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. Wind Power, Thermal Power, Turbo machinery or Heavy Machinery).
Should have good experience in Spare Parts/Illustrated Parts Documentation.
Handson experience in Illustration and Authoring software working experience using Rapid Catalog (Cortona 3D) is must, Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Good understanding on BOM and product structure in SAP
Exposure to 3D/2D designs using CAD tools, NX/Vis mockup, Proe/Inventor etc
Working knowledge on Teamcenter PLM / Engineering Change Management process
