- Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and create and implement effective training programs.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify and retain high-performing employees.
- Create succession planning and career development programs.
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe working environment by managing health and safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety training programs.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver efficient HR services.
- Provide support and guidance to the HR team on complex HR issues.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
