Job Overview:
We areseeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to joinour team as an Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will beresponsible for providing comprehensive administrative support tothe executive team while also possessing a strong background inaccounting.
This role requires excellent communication skills ahigh level of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiplepriorities.The candidate will be supporting the Executive team andworking with the team closely and supporting with finance andoperation related activities.
KeyResponsibilities:
AdministrativeSupport: Perform generaloffice tasks to ensure smooth dailyoperations. Process employee payroll file ona monthly basis. Prepare HR letters and suchfor executive signing as needed. Prepare andorganize documents reports and presentations formeetings. Handle phone calls emails andcorrespondence with professionalism anddiscretion. Manage and coordinate executiveschedules appointments and travelarrangements.
AccountingTasks:
Process invoicesreceipts expense reports and payments in a timelymanner. Support the accountant inmaintaining accurate and uptodate financialrecords. Help reconcile bank statements andcredit card transactions. Assist in budgetpreparation and financial forecasting.
Prepare financial reports for review bymanagement.
Communication andCollaboration:
Liaise withinternal and external stakeholders to gather information andresolve issues. Work closely with thefinance team to ensure accurate and timely financialreporting. Collaborate with other teammembers to facilitate efficient workflow.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality anddiscretion. Maintain a high level ofintegrity in dealing with financial and personalmatters.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration orrelated field. Proven experience as aPersonal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational and timemanagementskills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel Word PowerPoint). Experience usingaccounting software is a plus. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and workindependently.
Discretion andtrustworthiness in handling confidentialinformation Experience working in middleeast will be good to haveMode of working Flexible remote working .Might need to be in office 45 days a month or as per plannedmeetings or catchups.
