Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Vardhman Developers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our premium real estate projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the property buying process.


Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features, amenities, and investment potential. Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking with the local agents and other strategies to expand the client base.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the company's projects, pricing, and available inventory to effectively guide clients in their decisionmaking process.
  • Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals in line with company guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets of residential projects.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
