Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their technical issues over the phone
- Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Perform computer operating duties and data entry tasks efficiently
- Manage and maintain customer data and records with high accuracy
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistency in service and delivery
- Follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure the quality of service
Requirements:
- Proficient in Hindi with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 12 years of experience in customer service or relevant role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
- Ability to follow standard protocols and guidelines in a dynamic environment
