    Job Title: Copy Head

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

    · Develop and execute content strategies that align with clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.

    · Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of our content offerings.

    · Write and edit high-quality copy for various channels and formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, emails, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

    · Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

    · Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and messaging preferences, and translate these insights into compelling copy solutions.

    · Present and articulate copy concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

    · Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

    · Work closely with project managers and account executives to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

    · 8+ years of experience in copywriting.

    · Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different industries and formats.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
