We are looking for a Junior Architect for with below Key Responsibilities

Job Profile

Review and design architectural and engineering plans.
Pan India and help in timely completion of projects.
Experience in designing, coordinating, data maintaining and execution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. already constructed premises) projects of size between 10,000 to 1, 00,000 sq. ft.
Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Ready to meet clients online/offline for meetings and relationship building
Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
