    Description

    Job Overview :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QE) or Lead to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

    This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for .NET/C# applications.
    Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, or similar frameworks.

    • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
    • Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices for testing .NET/C# applications.
    • Perform manual testing when necessary and participate in regression testing efforts.
    • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
    • Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on .NET/C# applications.
    • Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
    • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver.
    • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

    Preferred :

    • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
    • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
