    Description

    JobDescription: Base at regional H.Q. and responsible foreffective daytoday management of associatesposted at different cities within the region.
    To achievetargets with full P&L responsibilities of the category assignedfor the Region in close coordination with Regional Head.
    To be accountable for the total supply chain management across theregion for the category.
    To work with Regional Head todefine analyze and implement distribution strategies.
    Tolead local sales Associates in distributor management in selectingdeveloping and monitoring performance ofdistributors/wholesalers/network.
    To work closely withRegional Marketing to implement Marketing Plans and programs andmanage local marketing budgets for the assignedcategory.
    To be responsible for Key endusers management.
    Direct responsibility for management and maintenance of keyendusers. Increase knowledge of the market;build relationships with key endusers and distributors.

    Training of sales team provide solid positive leadership to Salesteam with clear direction motivation to achieve expectations bothfinancial and nonfinancial.

    To establish clearcommunication channels between sales marketing technical associatesto maintain clear and constant communication withH.O.
