    Job Role:
  • Branch Engagement: Support Business Team for Launching ofNew ML Branches.
  • Disbursement and Collectionupdation: Ensure timely disbursement and 100%.
  • Collection updation in microsure and LMS for across MLbranches.
  • Training Management: Circulate thetraining materials & train/ handhold Ops staff on commonerrors and new process / policy changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Efficiently Coordinate betweenrespective departments.(Sales Credit CDU Cops Admin Accounts ITBPRG Team) for respective work and day to dayactivities.
  • Branch Quality: Nil KYC in IATimely closure of CFV Errors Timely closure of Insurance Claims.Drive compliance to laid down policies and procedures and showconsistent improvement in File Evaluation & BranchEvaluation Scores.

    • Key Responsibilities:

    Audit & Compliance: Closelywork/coordinate with File audit/Internal audit and Branches toreview the reports ensure observations are in line with latestpolicy. Followup and closure of audit observations

    MIS Management: Publish MIS and reports on Timely basisand Ensure real time updates to Seniors and Branches

    Process & System: Drive Branches to completeactivities within agreed TAT. File Dispatch TAT Timely closure ofInsurance and collection open items Disb Recon open items Timelyclosure of disbursement payment return cases.

    SOD & COD Process: Ensure timely SOD & COD Process followedby branches on Daily basis.
