    Description

    Position Summary:

    As the Creative Head- Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media and content strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will lead a team of social media managers and content creators, working collaboratively with marketing, communications, and creative teams to create compelling and impactful content across various digital platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience, considering best practices, emerging trends, and competitor analysis.

    Content Planning and Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube) that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

    Community Building and Engagement: Build a vibrant and active online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to inquiries and comments, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of social media managers and community moderators, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to meet their objectives.

    Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track social media metrics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and identify areas for improvement. Present regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

    Brand Management: Uphold the brand identity and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels. Ensure that social media activities align with the company's values and guidelines.

    Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, industry experts, and strategic partners. Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage influencer campaigns to amplify brand reach and engagement.

    Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments in social media and content marketing. Identify innovative approaches and opportunities to enhance the brand's presence and engagement.

    Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, sales, and customer support teams to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences

    Innovative Work: Inspire and cultivate creativity and innovation within the team, pushing boundaries to deliver outstanding client solutions.

    Award Participation and Wins: Take an active role in leading and supporting the Agency Leadership and Planning team in awards participation, including case study development, submission, and presentation.

    Client Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and develop strategic social media plans that drive results.

    Qualifications:

    • 7-12 years experience in social media management and strategy development preferably in a leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment.
    • A portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns and creative initiatives is mandatory.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Creative thinking and a passion for developing engaging content.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive content strategy.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team of content creators.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.
    • Strong track record of driving innovative and award-worthy social media campaigns.
    • Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
