    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a highly motivated Agile Project Manager with a solid track record in software development to join our dynamic team. This role demands expertise in cloud technologies, mobile development, and keen fluency in the unique regulatory and operational landscapes of the BioPharmaceutical industry. If you're passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions in a sector that transforms lives, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Agile Leadership & Execution: Spearhead projects following Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), ensuring seamless execution and on-time, on-budget delivery of complex software solutions.
    • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding requirements, communicating progress, and resolving roadblocks effectively.
    • Software Development Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of cloud-based development environments, mobile app technologies, and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • BioPharma Domain Knowledge: Contribute industry-specific insights to tailor solutions, navigate regulatory compliance, and streamline processes within the BioPharma sector.
    • AI Integration: Proactively identify and champion the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance product functionality, user experience, and data-driven decision making.
    • Team Mentorship: Guide and support a team of developers, testers, and other project personnel, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful software project delivery.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification is highly desired.
    • Experience in cloud-based development environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Experience with mobile application development (iOS, Android).
    • In-depth knowledge of the Biopharmaceutical industry, its regulatory requirements, and operational processes is a big plus.
    • Prior experience integrating AI/ML solutions into software products is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
