Job Brief:

We are looking for a competent Logistics Officer to oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of our south region. You must coordinate and execute the processes to achieve the effective distribution of FG/SLOB.

The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and monitoring Logistics and depot operations.
Ensuring policies, company assets and processes are deployed effectively.
Utilizing IT to optimize documentation and transport procedures.
Keep logs and records of depot stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare MIS reports for management.
Support during annual Audit
Coodrination with CFA for daytoday activities, SAP related queries, customer feedbacks & logistics complaints
Vendor queries and addressal

Requirements and skills

Proven track record in logistics field
Hands on experience in SAP and MS OFFICE will be required.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes with ownership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BBA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field bachelor's degree
