Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the last mile delivery team and ensure they are meeting delivery targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement efficient delivery processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the logistics operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze delivery data and provide regular reports to the management team on delivery performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize delivery costs to ensure profitability.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and implement these where appropriate.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing last mile delivery operations in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and technology.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required.

Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
