    Description

    The Strategy Analyst Opportunity

    The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Growth Strategy and Operations (S&O) team by analyzing data to uncover business insights that drive customer, product, financial, and operational goals. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing dashboards to track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics. This position involves collaborating with various business units to handle datasets and visualizations for regular reporting to the Executive Management Team (EMT) and the CEO. The Strategy Analyst will work closely with the team to address business intelligence needs that align with the Growth Strategy, decision-making processes, and overall performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support daily tasks to enhance data insights on organizational performance, business progress, and strategic data advancement
    • Compile and develop analytics metrics to assist in strategic and tactical Growth and Strategy requirements across different perspectives
    • Aid in Marketing performance initiatives, campaign tracking, and other strategic programs
    • Collaborate on ongoing Growth projects with various departments
    • Provide standard dashboard and metric tools for reporting, forecasting, and business reviews
    • Support Growth data analytics discussions and operational needs

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Experience in SFDC or similar CRM platforms
    • Proficiency in database analyses, spreadsheet development, and data integration
    • Proficient in Windows-based software including Excel, PowerPoint, and MSWord
    • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team under moderate supervision
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science or Business field
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant analytical roles

    Desired Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related technical field
    • 2+ years in management consulting or similar roles involving business data analysis
    • Experience with AI tools and data fluency
    • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization platforms
    • Knowledge in Intelligent Automation and business process automation
    • Advanced data analysis skills including using Python, R, and SQL
