    Description

    We are looking for an Analyst as a member of our Strategy Team, playing a pivotal role by providing us with cutting-edge insights to help drive our business forward with data and knowledge-driven insights.

    You will help us to fully understand and uncover the next big thing in sustainability and circular economy while building knowledge across various industries & sectors.


    ResponsibilitiesIndustry & Market Intelligence Guru:
    Become a deep-dive expert on specific sectors and industries critical to Recykal's growth objectives.
    Conduct comprehensive research projects to understand market size, growth potential, key drivers, and regulatory landscape of target industries.

    Utilize a variety of primary and secondary research methodologies including Conducting in- depth interviews with industry experts, customers, and potential partners.


    Data Detective & Insights Alchemist:
    Leverage data to extract insights from various sources and identify potential correlations between market trends and customer needs.
    Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    Identify emerging trends within the sustainability landscape, such as new technologies, consumer behaviors, and regulatory changes.
    Translate complex data sets into clear, concise narratives (reports, presentations) that effectively communicate insights to the Strategy team.


    Communication Catalyst:

    Prepare tailored communication and compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate your market research findings, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to the team in a clear and concise manner, sparking discussions and strategic decision-making.


    Qualifications :
    Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Policy or a related fieild.

    Minimum 1 year of experience in market research or related field, with a demonstrable track record of success in identifying & evaluating growth opportunities within specific industries.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
    Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization.
