Corporate Legal Counsel


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Advise the company on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and propose effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and proactively address any legal implications.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties as needed.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
