Job Description - Back Office Executive- Chennai
- Keep records of branch, customer interactions, and file documents
- Work closely with the Branch Manager in order to carry out tasks.
- Ensure the office is organized at the end of each day.
- Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with company policy.
- Manage the incoming phone calls of customer.
- MIS to be send on regular basis.
- Monitor inventory.
- Maintain a professional rapport with vendor, customers, and staff.
- Taking care of front office.
Salary:
₹1,80,000 LPA
