Africa Experience: 4years of experience in steel industryQualification: Any Graduate Job Description : 1. Responsible forthe overall operations of the companys warehousing aspects &managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAPmodule.
2. Proper coordination &communication with the unit team members for smooth &transparent supply chain operations.
3.Monitor all inventory control processes and documents allprocedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
4. Monitor all procurement requests of facilitiesensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records forthe same.
5.
Prepare and update all requiredpaperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventoryrecords and resolve for issues if any.
6.Maintain records of all variances according to establishedprocedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers betweeninter units.
7. Monitor and ensure accuracyof all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroomlocations.
8. Monitor work of all inventorycontrol personnel ensure achievement of all objectives and provideimprovements to same if required.
9. Ensurethat every material procured whether local or imports are qualitycertified by the respective user and thereafterinward document isprepared.
10.
Ensure that physicalverification is carried out of the entire inventory every month endand resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to theconcerned.
11. Ensure that the departmentalbudget norms pertaining to inventory consumption are adhered to andany variances being reported to the GGM.
12.Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to itsspecification and location and ensuring its custody.
13. Determine and ensure optimal security of allmaterials and arrange for all shipments as perrequirement.
14. Train employees and staffin all inventory control processes according to manual and updateprocesses if required.
15.
Manage allcommunication with Finance & Accounts team as well as otheruser departments to cater the requirement of such respective teamson timely basis.
16.
Reporting daily &monthly MIS reports to the Group General Manager as well as HeadOffice on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerneddepartment as and when required.
