- Handling Customers Warranty tickets.
- Closing given ticket based on TAT, keeping the customer posted on the work done & time required.
- Ensuring Quality of work & quality feedback from customers.
- Interacting with OEM & Manufactures regarding Warranty, Service, Insurances
- Working on TAT, Fleet Management, Parts.
- Developing New process & implementing new idea
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- 4-6 Years of relevant experience and 2-3 years of experience in EV Commercial Vehicles is mandatory
- Should be willing to trave
