Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer behavior, industry trends, and competitors' digital activities.
  • Define target audience segments and create buyer personas to guide marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful digital assets, such as banners, videos, and landing pages.
  • Drive online sales and revenue growth through effective management of ecommerce platforms (e.g., websites, marketplaces).
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor pricing, promotions, and inventory levels across different platforms to ensure competitiveness and availability.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, blogs, and other online channels.
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, campaign results, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product management) to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in FMCG, ecommerce, and marketplace environments.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
