Description

Graduate/ Under-graduate who are career-oriented

Freshers or 1-3 years of customer service experience

US/ UK Call center/ BPO experience preferred

Deliverables

  • Answer highvolume calls from patients and Providers' offices.
  • Make outbound calls to referring doctors, patients, and insurance companies to get updated insurance or demographic information on patient accounts
  • Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues.
  • Use full product knowledge of at least two ABC Company therapies to service patients
  • Communicate effectively with various departments within Revenue Cycle Management
  • Research explanation of benefits (EOBs) and/or denials in the system to assist patients and explain balances
  • Escalate more complex inquiries to Senior Customer Service Specialist for support and resolution.
  • Update billing system with updated patient demographic information Education & experience

Knowledge, skills, & abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
  • Ability to learn Revenue Cycle Management workflows related to patient communication
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
  • Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹20, ₹36,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Night shift

  • Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
