    About Position:

    Persistent is entering its next phase of growth with partners at the center. We are looking for a senior, hands-on leader to drive partner-led growth and market activation across our global ecosystemhyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, platforms, and strategic alliances.

    This role owns how partnerships translate into real market presence, demand creation, and revenue momentum through joint GTM motions, campaigns, events, and field.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive partner-led growth
    • Shape how Persistent and its partners grow together in priority markets.
    • Build scalable joint GTM motions aligned to industry, solution, and account priorities.
    • Develop co-branded value propositions that accelerate buyer adoption and sales execution.
    • Activate the market with partners
    • Lead integrated partner campaigns across digital and field channels.
    • Own co-hosted events, roundtables, and industry moments that create visibility and demand.
    • Equip sales teams with partner-ready playbooks, toolkits, and activation assets.
    • Use MDF to amplify execution
    • Strategically deploy Market Development Funds (MDF) to scale high-impact GTM programs.
    • Ensure MDF investments are focused, governed, and tied to pipeline outcomes.
    • Connect the ecosystem
    • Act as the connective tissue across Alliances, Partner Sales, Industry Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand.
    • Keep partner marketing execution fast, focused, and outcome-driven.
    • Measure and elevate impact
    • Track pipeline influence, partner-sourced demand, deal velocity, and activation effectiveness.
    • Translate outcomes into clear, executive-ready narratives for leaders and partners.
    • What success looks like
    • Partner-led GTM motions that are visible, repeatable, and trusted by the field.
    • Strong market activation across priority regions, industries, and solution areas.
    • MDF accelerating what works and reinforcing growth momentum.

    Expertise You'll Bring:

    • 12 to 18+ years of B2B marketing experience with deep exposure to partner, alliance, or ecosystem-led growth.
    • Proven delivery of joint GTM programs, co-branded campaigns, and partner-led events at scale.
    • Hands-on experience managing MDF / co-op funds.
    • Executive presence and comfort operating in complex, global environments.
    • Strong bias for business outcomes.
    • MBA or equivalent required.
