    Description

    Job description

    · Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

    · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, mail campaigning.

    · Set up meetings/ appointments with potential clients and listen to their requirements and pain areas.

    · Create frequent sales review reports/plans with numbers around BANT qualified leads generated through various channels.

    · Populate the sales funnel and share the reporting daily.

    · Ensure the availability of clients for sales and demonstrations for second level calls with the seniors.

    · Do the regular follow-ups with the clients.

    · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

    · Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

    · Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

    Skills Required:

    · Proven experience as a Sales Executive/lead gen executive.

    · Able to work with target-based assignments.

    · Must have US sales experience.

    · Proficiency in English

    · Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    · Hands-on experience with CRM software is must.

    · Thorough understanding of various sales tools, email campaigns, CRM updating on a daily basis

    · Fast learner and passion for sales

    · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

    · Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

    · A graduate from a reputed university.

    Must:

    Experience in Software Development/IT Sales.
