    【Secretary, Admin work】・Secretary work for Japanese Expats (Managing schedule, Arranging meetings etc)・Arranging transportation (flight, car, hotel) for business trip・Handling VISA, FRRO matters in coming and returning of Japanese Expats・Supporting Japanese Expats' lives in Japan (housing, mobile SIM, etc)・Managing office environment, supply, and facility. Liaising with each vendor.・Other administrative work when necessary【Finance, Accounting work support】・Coordinating and Liaising with accounting firm・Cash management (processing invoices, etc.)・Assistance in closing accounts (information entry, etc.)Necessary Skills and Experience・MS Office Skills (Basic level in Excel, Word, Powerpoint)・Having over 3 years of working experience in the back-office domain・JLPT N2 level・Must speak Kannada
