Job description for Receptionist and Administrative Role - UG Program
We're launching Scaler School of Technology a fully residential 4-Year Undergraduate Program delivered by 100+ leaders from Google, Microsoft, Uber etc.
Learners graduating from the program will be awarded both - a BSc in Computer Science from BITS Pilani & a Master in Computer Science from globally accredited Woolf University.

Requirements:
- 12 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
- Open for duties for 7 days in a week
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- An ability to connect with young people
- Be Organised, flexible, calm and approachable
Responsibilties:
- To be the SPOC for all queries in the campus( wifi related, utility related, etc)
- Managing the traffic flow during parent visit and take care of the frontend operations
- SPOC between RGA & Scaler for any maitenance related query
- Work timing should be 7 days a week(can have 2 people) between 8am8pm
- Responsible for all admin related issues (cleaning, maitenance of property, etc) i.e ensuring the property is at its best condition before every class
- HR activities (organising events, asking staff to help with decorating, etc)
- Connecting with wardens for attenadance issues
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
