About the role
JLL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Property & Asset Management team as Lead – Consulting & Advisory Services.
The candidate would be responsible end-to-end from creating business opportunities, selling the consulting services to delivery of the services. The candidate shall work in close coordination with the regional business teams and would be supported by the Subject Matter Experts to ensure seamless delivery of the services.
Core Skillset
The position calls for a solid foundation excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. Strong follow up with great sense of coordination with the subordinates & operations team. Precision , persistence , accuracy is something required for this role. The role will also manage contributions from the business against bid objectives and to deadline.
Detail Oriented
You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentation, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution.
Research Savvy
As part of the regional team, you will be required to conduct regular market research and be responsible for actively contributing to the firm's knowledge management system. Qualifications
Technical Degree, preferably in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical / Real Estate
Minimum 8-10 years of experience within a professional services firm in a real estate project development and property management.
