Role Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be working on 2D and 3D designs of Residential and Commercial Building


Job Description/Responsibilities:


  • Meeting clients and determining their needs and requirements
  • Creating designs/floorplans by effectively utilizing the space available considering Vaasthu, Structural Designs, local regulations, Energy Efficiency and Interiors, thereby presenting the designs to the clients
  • Transforming the building needs of the clients into realistic working plans for execution
  • Working on elevation design, considering the Project Budget
  • Collaborating with other construction professionals and teams
  • Ability to create Interior designs based on client requirements

Desired Profile:


  • 3+ Years of Experience as an Architect
  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in Interior Design

Desired Skills:


  • Excellent technical drawing skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Experience in 3D modelling using Revit, 3D Max, Sketch up, Lumion or similar software
  • Knowledge of building codes and local regulatory standards
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
