    Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Data Analytics
    We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven People Analytics Analyst to join our organization's Human Resources team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and make informed decisions related to our Learning & Development (L&D) and Leadership Programs.

    Your work will play a critical role in shaping the future of our talent development initiatives.


    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Collect, clean, and analyse data related to L&D and Leadership Programs
    • Utilize various data sources, survey results, performance data, and external benchmarks
    2.


    Program Evaluation:

    • Assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D and Leadership Programs through quantitative and qualitative analysis
    • Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
    3.

    Reporting, Visualization & predictive analytics:

    • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders
    • Build predictive models to forecast future talent development needs and outcomes
    • Provide recommendations for optimizing program strategies

    Data Analysis:
    Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, R, or similar tools


    Statistical Analysis:
    Strong statistical skills for analysing and interpreting data


    Data Visualization:
    Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar


    Communication:
    Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders


    Problem-Solving:
    Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.


    Project Management:
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


    HR Analytics:
    Knowledge of HR metrics, employee engagement, and talent development will be an added advantage

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • Relevant years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
    • Experience in creating and presenting data-driven insights to support decision-making.
    • Familiarity with L&D and leadership development concepts and practices is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Masters/bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics
    • Professional certifications in data analytics or HR analytics
