    You will be working as Service Team Leader at global grade 14 and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Field Service Manager and will be responsible for executing the assigned project job on time with right quality and with utmost customer satisfaction

    Your responsibilities

    • Having good knowledge on relays and various protection system
    • Having knowledge on the handling of various configuration tool like PCM 600, CAP500 for ABB make numerical relays
    • Having relay configuration expertise on the ABB make numerical relays like RE_615, RE630 & RE_500 series of the relays
    • Having additional knowledge of handling of various digital test kit for eg. Doble, Omicron etc. for testing of the relays
    • Being responsible after sales service activity in the ELDS Service department, reporting to base location Nashik. Project / service sites work will be in PAN India
    • Need to travel as per the work allocation for testing & commissioning of ABB make Numerical relays
    • Ensuring independent handling of project / customer sites with smooth co-ordination among all stake holders. Handling team of 4-5 service Engineer
    • Adhering to ABB way safety guidelines in while project / service job execution

    Your background

    • Must be a BE / BTECH degree in Electrical discipline
    • Minimum 4 to 7 years in handling customer site for ABB Make Numerical relays for service site execution.
    • Work experience in handling medium voltage switchgears up to 36KV is must. ABB Switchgear & Relay knowledge is desirable
    • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
