Infrastructure Management:


  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of systems and networks.
  • Monitor and manage technology budgets and resources effectively.

Security and Compliance:


  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and information.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity threats and ensure the organization's IT policies and practices are in compliance with industry regulations.

System Administration:


  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems.

User Support:


  • Provide technical support to endusers, addressing hardware and softwarerelated concerns.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, escalating issues as needed.

Network Management:


  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and implement optimizations as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Data Backup and Recovery:


  • Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.
  • Test backup systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Create user manuals and guides for common IT processes.

Salary:
₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
