    Job Description:-

    • Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Product Technical Support (L2/L3)
    • Must have strong experience in interacting with Customers across the globe.
    • Must have a strong understanding of production environments.
    • Must have strong analytical strength.
    • Must have excellent communication.
    • Must have a good troubleshooting skill with strong technical analysis/code debugging to identify the root cause and provide the solution to the product issues reported by customers.
    • Must have experience in .NET Framework, Web API, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
    • Must have experience in product installation/upgrades at customer locations.
    • Must be proficient in the understanding of code versioning tools, such as Perforce/Git.
