    We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various IT projects within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT project coordination
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and collaboration tools
    • Degree in Information Technology or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support various IT projects
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
    • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops
    • Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve any project-related issues
    • Provide administrative support to project teams as needed
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project coordination
