    What You Will Do:

    • Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, ads, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
    • Lead design projects from concept to completion, including ideation and storyboarding.
    • Brainstorm ideas and provide feedback within the creative team.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software, sharing knowledge with the team.
    • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth.
    • Collaborate with external vendors for project execution.
    • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Contribute to design process improvement and efficiency.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
    • 3-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team.
    • Strong portfolio with diverse design work in print and digital media.
    • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
    • Creative thinking and ability to develop design solutions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional time management under pressure.
    • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or UX/UI design is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design.
