About Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Leader to lead a team of 100+ members & provide

excellent customer support to all our customers. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient

and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their

expectations. We aim to provide best in class customer experience to all our customers in the Indian SMB

Fintech Segment.


Summary:
2-4 years of core accounting experience with managing account closure. Operations of various

key verticals of Finance such as bookkeeping, month-end closing, accruals reconciliation, and

reporting.


Responsibilities include:
Knowledge in general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts

payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.

To ensure that day to day accounting transactions of payments, receipts, sales and

purchases, other miscellaneous expenses are posted correctly in accounting software

Ensures proper accounting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

as well as local statutory requirements.

Hands on experience on Bank/vendor/customer and GL Account reconciliation.

Manage vendor relationships and communicate with vendor regarding payment status

and inquiries

Monitor and manage accounts payable ageing reports to ensure timely payments and

identify any issues or discrepancies

Assist in month-end / year-end book closure activities

Preparation of any other report time to time assigned by management.

Ensuring that the queries regularly monitored and closed.

Knowledge of GST & TDS compliance along with filling of returns and engaging with all

compliance matters.

Qualifications / Skills required for the job:
Good understanding of accounting terms and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Working knowledge of Tally.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with

various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.

Agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements.
