About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Delivery Executives to join our team. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers within the given time frame.

You will be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Pick up orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customers.
    Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to customers. Verify the product details with the customer before delivery.
    Collect payment from customers for cash on delivery orders. Update the status of each delivery in the Flipkart app.
    Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving.
    Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

Requirements:


  • Minimum 10th standard pass
    Valid driving license and a twowheeler vehicle Good communication skills in Hindi or English
    Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    Familiarity with the local geography and roads Ability to use a smartphone and the Flipkart app
    Prior experience in delivery or logistics will be an added advantage

  • Timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
    High customer satisfaction ratings Low number of customer complaints
    Efficient use of time and resources

  • Warehouse staff
  • Customers
  • Customer support team

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
