As an Interior Designer at Gayathri and Namith Architects, you will collaborate with a team of skilled architects and designers to create and transform spaces that not only look impressive but are also practical and sustainable.

Your role will involve developing detailed interior design plans, selecting materials, and overseeing the execution of design projects from concept through to completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and goals, translating these into detailed project proposals and design solutions.
  • Develop and present design concepts using highquality visuals and detailed drawings.
  • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials, considering sustainability and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
  • Oversee the execution phase, conducting site visits and managing the installation of design elements.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovative and contemporary design solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the design process are compliant with industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in interior design, preferably within an architectural firm.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in various design styles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in sustainable design practices.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and visual rendering tools.
  • Strong creative thinking and problemsolving capabilities.

Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
