Designation:
Client Engagement/Client Servicing

Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate In Marketing/Sales or relevant Degree/Diploma

Experience: - 6 years


Salary: 4 to 6 LPA
(Depends on market % hike on current - past ctc / Skillsets / Experience )

Work in office

Working Days:
Mon. To Fri.

Working Time: 10 am to 7pm

SUMMARY OF THE JOB:


We are looking for a member in our client engagement team to take care of the routine backend operations work.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Bifurcation of unassigned tickets to the team
  • Notify fresh & endorsement upload
  • Polyclinic sessions and calling daily basis, Surgical & Cosmetic calling on request basis
  • Onboarding process like welcome call assignment to CE members, share E-Card
Dump with the HR

  • Pending Policy Follow up with the team
  • Prepare weekly report & share with seniors

DESIRED Skills & COMPETENCIES:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Hands on MS Excel & MS PPT.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year

  • Day shift
