    Our client is theundisputed market leader in the Room Air Conditioner category formore than a decade consistently maintaining the No. 1 position andhas steadily maintained its lead over the competition. They are inconstruction of the new manufacturing facility is spread over 150acres. This facility will ensure that all the products manufacturedin this facility are competitive on a globalscale.

    ProductionActivates.

    1. Responsible for daytodayactivities of directing controlling and coordinating all phases ofplant facilities including Press Shop Injection molding shopassembly lines and Pre assemblies of Room airconditioners.

    2. To support the production ofquality products in an efficient and profitable manner

    3. Preparation SOP Layout Changing Line balancing throughsmart tools & conducting Fitment trails etc and coordinatewith R&D new project developments.

    4.Analyzing various processes / applications and implementing processmodifications to enhance operational efficiency.

    5. Leading mentoring & monitoring the performanceof team members to ensure efficiency in process operations andmeeting of individual & group targets.

    6. Knowledge of Machines and Tools including their designsuses etc.

    7. Meeting ProductionTargets.

    8. Up gradation of existing productsand processes for improving the Productivity.

    9.Reduction of Product and Process Cost through ReEngineering andValue Engineering.

    10. New Product IntroductionPlanning.

    11. Implementing TBEM and ISOSystems.

    12. System Implementation with advancestage technology.

    13. Innovations & LCA(low cost automation)
