    Description

    Job Purpose

    The purpose of this role is to ensure the development and enhancement of Supply Chain Finance programs and products, aligning with the strategic objectives of Muthoot Fincorp & Muthoot Pappachan Group. The incumbent will be responsible for devising product strategies and delivering solutions that boost customer value and achieve business goals. This role also involves monitoring the performance of existing products and collaborating with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including requirement gathering, defining MVPs, and ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution of product milestones in line with strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate system maintenance, manage documentation (BRD, UAT, SOPs), and provide system training to ensure all team members are aligned and capable.
    • Work closely with management to translate system requirements and strategic decisions into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups.
    • Maintain robust coordination with vendors for the efficient supply of data and IT systems, including record-keeping for system approvals and changes.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine product features based on market research and customer feedback, ensuring products meet market needs.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new product opportunities and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and positioning.

    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Agile and innovative thinker with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically in supply chain finance, is highly advantageous.

    Role Requirements

    • Graduate or MBA with Banking / NBFC / Fintech experience of 2 years in product management.
    • Open to travel across locations.
