    Responsibilities

    Perform internal code reviews and make sure the team adheres to Platform Best Practices

    Mentor resources and help the team in building a wealth of documentation and content

    Set up and maintain the automation infrastructure

    Required Skills

    Requires a bachelor's / masters' degree (preferably in Computer Science)

     Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience and 3 years of hands on experience in

    developing and delivering solutions on Salesforce platform including Apex,

    Triggers, Async Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and API

    suites etc.

     Possess extensive knowledge and expertise with Salesforce and in the use of project

    management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, change

    management and project reporting

     A self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision

     Deep understanding of Salesforce practices

     Ability to work with functional teams through all phases of the Software Development

    Lifecycle independent of the delivery methodology chosen.

     Strong oral and written communication skills.

     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     Experience with Agile development practices a plus

     Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best around design, development, and

    deployment/releases.

     Experience in Implementing SFDC Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, UI/UX, Salesforce

    Shield

     Experience of Salesforce Public section solutions is a plus

     Ability to define the scope of the project in collaboration with functional consultants

     Proficiency in using SLDS, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS and their use in the

    development of CRM solutions.

     Aptitude for taking on technical challenges

     Exhibit an aptitude and track record of being able to influence others without formal

    authority

     Ensure quality delivery confirming to requirements and timelines.
