    Description

    Our client is a leadingfin tech company looking to hire Financial Planning and AnalysisManager.

    Responsibilities:

    FinancialPlanning and Analysis:

    Develop andmaintain robust financial models to facilitate strategicdecisionmaking.

    Lead theassessment of financial performance providing insights on keymetrics and trends.

    Collaboratewith various departments to align financial objectives andstrategies.

    Performance Reporting:

    Generatecomprehensive and insightful financial reports presenting keyfindings to senior management and departmentheads.

    Ensure accuracy timeliness and relevance inall financial reporting activities.

    Capture ongoingrisks and opportunities to our financials and provide insight onhow to mitigate or maximise.

    Budgeting andForecasting:

    Manage the annual budgeting process ensuringalignment with organizational goals andobjectives.

    Develop rolling forecasts to adapt tochanging market conditions and businessneeds.

    Prepare a daily cashflow forecast on a weeklybasis.

    Variance Analysis:

    Conductdetailed variance analysis to understand discrepancies betweenactual and forecasted results.

    Providerecommendations and corrective actions to optimize financialperformance.

    Anaplan Utilization:

    Act as thesubject matter expert on Anaplan optimizing its capabilities forscenario planning modelling and reporting.

    Train andsupport teams in effectively using Anaplan for financial planningand analysis.

    Process Improvement:

    Identifyopportunities to enhance FP&A processes implementing bestpractices and improving efficiency.

    Driveinitiatives to automate and streamline reporting and analysisprocedures.

    Qualifications andSkills

    Education andExperience:

    Qualified CA; CFA CPA or similarqualification.

    A good understanding of the lending orfinancial services industry.

    4 years ofprogressive experience in financial planning andanalysis.

    Proven experience working withAnaplan.

    Analytical Abilities:

    Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data andtrends effectively.

    Proficiency inusing various financial analysis tools andmethodologies.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy ofnumbers.

    Communication andLeadership:

    Great communication and interpersonal skillsto collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographieswhile tailoring communication to target audience (i.e.nonfinance).

    Adaptability andProblemSolving:

    Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment adapting to evolvingbusiness needs.

    Strongproblemsolving skills with a proactive approach to addressingfinancialchallenges.
