Role and Responsibilities:

Stop actions that the company wants to prevent
Deploy and manage virtual machines in the cloud environment
Implement and manage storage, including setting up file shares
Utilize recovery services to implement data backups
Ensure data backups for restoration
Manage public and private IP addresses for virtual machines and Azure resources
Work directly with the management team and solutions architects to evolve infrastructure and network services
Monitor and administer cloud environments on a daily basis
Establish and manage best practices guidelines for system management, maintenance, and change processes
Provide 3rd level support for regional support teams and desk side engineers
Manage production, backup, and redundancy services for the region
Assess external and internal technology capabilities for integration with existing IT solutions
Create and update documentation of the IT technical estate
Monitor and review the environment for efficiency improvements and cost savings
7 to 10 years of experience as a System Administrator
Strong experience with Wintel
Experience with VMware, Hyper V, and backup platforms
Proficiency in Windows System Administration
Knowledge of cloud computing and Azure services
