Overview:


As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our company's interactions with both current and potential customers.

You will utilize CRM software to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support processes. Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while driving revenue growth through effective CRM strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and maintain CRM systems to effectively manage customer data, interactions, and relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify CRM needs and requirements.
  • Customize CRM software to meet specific business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for CRM processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, such as conversion rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Certifications in CRM software or related areas are desirable but not required.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and a customercentric mindset.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
