5+ years experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
3+ years of experience as Scrum master
Able to partner with Business & Technical partners to delivery the User stories on time.
Able to perform requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder management, functional design, UAT testing
Able to present product demos to the business partners/stakeholders
Able to drive requirements from initiation till golive
Proficient in Agile methodology
Proficient in Agile methodology

and ceremonies in the Agile.

Able to manage single/multiple scrums and conduct sprint/scrum ceremonies
Proficient in guiding the team towards agile implementation pertaining to industry standard
Remove all impediments associated to the sprint execution and drive the team towards successful delivery by achieving sprint goals/objectives
Should have very strong in communication skills. And also release management experience
Selfstarter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment
Good to have project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO
Proficiency with DASS, Signavio, Jira & confluence
Assists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features.
Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.
Partners with technology teams and product owners along with testers for successful delivery technical delivery.
Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal.
Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
