Supply Chain Finance Sales - India - U GRO CAPITAL
Description
Overall, 3-5 years or above relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance Sales Role with any Banks / NBFCs / FinTech.
- Fair knowledge of financial documents & balance sheet to understand credit assessments.
- Understanding of KYC, GST, Bank statement etc. documents for customer onboarding.
- Ensuring timely conversion of leads, utilization of sanction limits and repayments & re billing.
- Must be comfortable working in demanding work culture involving achievement of multiple targets like acquisition of NTBs, Book size Growth, Fee income and Cross selling of other products as needed.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with customers with good service and problemsolving attitude.
- Close monitoring of portfolio is required: look for opportunity in potential accounts and exit plan in stress accounts.
