Description

Kernshell is looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our team.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be working closely with our in-house design and technology teams in developing interfaces for our digital products-from websites to native apps.

You must also be tasked with designing collateral and other graphic design needs as required by the team.

Proficient in design software (Adobe Ai, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)

Experience in UI/UX Design

Web/Mobile App Development

Design of social media creatives


Responsibilities:

• Gathering product requirements, estimating the project, and managing the execution of the project.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Project Managers, Sr. UI/UX Designer, Developers, etc.
• Define information architecture, user journeys, personas, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and analysis of product usage to determine important decisions.
• Design wireframes, create visual mockups, and help define design system guidelines.
• Design engaging social media content, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements, to promote brand awareness and engage with our audience.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring they are pixelperfect and maintain design integrity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and social media marketing.
• Excellent communicator. The person must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Advocate for usercentered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience as a UI/ UX Designer.
• A degree from a design school or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding portfolio showing a handson UI/UX track record.
• Proven history of improving user workflows and interactions.
• Knowledge of Interaction Design, UI Design, User Experience best practices, usability principles, and frameworks.
• Experience conducting user research (i.e., surveys, observational customer interviews, and usability testing).
• Expert with tools such as Figma and Adobe Tools.
• Experience working with a remote team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus point but not required.

₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
