    Description

    Location : Pune/Bangalore/Delhi/Ranchi (Hybrid)

    Role & responsibilities

    • Design and develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
    • Lead Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and adherence to best practices.
    • Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools like Copado, Bitbucket, and Gearset.
    • Handle data migration using tools such as Apex Data Loader and Workbench, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce customizations for optimal performance.
    • Write and maintain clean, well-organized code that meets the organizations coding standards.
    • Provide technical support and maintenance for Salesforce environments, resolving issues and updates promptly.
    • Engage with the Salesforce community as a speaker and mentor, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Developer.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
    • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.
    • Familiarity with database management, including SOQL and SOSL.
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and other relevant certifications.
    • Experience in Agile SCRUM framework and working with JIRA for project management.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to mentor junior developers, and lead projects to successful completion.
